These sessions are held monthly to allow the space for our busy lives!

No two months are the same so make sure you attend more than one to experience the variety we have to explore.

Through movement, breath and sound we explore 90 minutes together of different breathing techniques, find new ways to move our bodies into rest and digest and feel the power of sound healing using different methods.

Combining; conscious breathing, restorative stretching, somatic healing movement, qi gong exercises, tailored music, affirmations, relaxation, yoga nidra, sound healing and much, much more .....

this is a warm, friendly, supported community allowing you to

rest, release and restore
