YOGA

vinyasa - slow flow - yoga for all

I am a 200hr Qualified Yoga Teacher teaching a mixture of Vinyasa, Slow flow & Yoga for All
Supporting my clients with their mental and physical wellbeing using movement breath and sound.
Helping to build confidence throughout the Yoga sessions to challenge and develop
 us mentally and physically, build strength, mindfulness and stability.
​​I teach in communities across Surrey as well as individual classes which you will see details of and timings below.
​Each class is either £12 PAYG or you can block book for 6 sessions for £60 which will give you a saving of £12 in total!

Each session includes includes:

60mins of grounding, breathwork, flow & relaxation
We focus each week in rotation using blocks, straps & 1kg weights to add strength, focus and support to our flow - all optional of course!

I would love to meet you on the mat to breathe, flow and release together!
